2. San Juan/ Mandaluyong (major thoroughfares),
3. Ortigas Center (within the CBD),
4. Quezon City (West Triangle/New Manila),
5. Manila (Binondo/ Roxas Blvd.)

Properties in the provinces (minimum of 70 hectares) located below are also needed:

• Pampanga
• Bulacan
• Rizal
• Cavite
• Batangas
